FREE 8 HOURS DAY CARE WITH ALL WASH & WORKS GROOMS
We know how difficult it can be to fit appointments around a busy schedule, so we offer 8 hours of FREE daycare with all ‘Wash & Works’ grooms. Even more importantly, this takes the time pressure off completing your dog’s groom. This means that if they are generally anxious around clippers, baths, or dryers, or are just not themselves on the day, we will never push them to sit through the groom quicker than they’re comfortable with. Some dogs are more comfortable air drying in one of our play areas, while some may need regular breaks between having their face, legs and body trimmed. This allows us to ensure our grooms are 100% force free. Need more than 8 hours? No problem! Extra time is just $18/hour or $30/hour for 2 dogs.
Along with frequent, thorough brushing at home, having your dog groomed every 6 weeks is immensely beneficial for your dog’s coat condition and therefore comfort. So to make it easier to maintain these regular appointments, we’re offering 5% OFF ‘Wash & Works’ grooms AND a FULL DAY of free daycare, rather than the usual 8 hours free daycare, if your groom is within 6 weeks of your previous ‘Wash & Works’ groom.

Terms and conditions
- Pricing is indicative of our basic charges. Actual cost will take into account labour varying factors such as:

Coat condition (particularly matting)

Temperament (various temperaments during the groom affects the length of time required, which when beneficial to your dog’s experience, may include multiple rest breaks)

Double coated breeds (inc. Husky, Samoyed, Bernese Mountain Dog, Keeshond, Chow Chow and others)

Hand stripping

Groom cancellation within 24 hours incurs a $40 fee per dog.

Flea shampoo charged at $40 per dog and is compulsory if we find fleas during your dogs groom. (Please cancel your groom if you are already aware of the presence of fleas prior to attendance)

Extra daycare time charged at $18/hour (or part thereof) or $30/hour for 2 dogs.
Force Free Grooming
Our groomers use gentle methods in line with our force-free philosophy. We do not use cages. We only use gentle Oatmeal shampoo on ALL dogs. Please talk to us about your dog’s special grooming needs.
